I really lucked out when I listed my property with Marlene. I owned a condo in Santa Ana occupied by the tenants from hell. After the moratorium ended I tried to hire an attorney to get them evicted, but couldn't find one taking new cases. I decided that at the age of 82 it was time to quit being a landlady. I contacted Marlene because I saw that she had sold another condo in my complex. She responded right away and listed the condo. I had quite a few offers, but buyers wanted the tenants out. Marlene went out of her way to try to help me evict them. After months of trying, Marlene was able to find a buyer willing to take the tenants. My stress level was high until I'd talked to Marlene. She made me laugh & feel better every single time. She was with me all the way.
